Kelley Galownia

Kelley Galownia is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Communications for Fisheries & Aquaculture at The Nature Conservancy since December 2018. In this role, Kelley plans and executes media strategies, develops compelling stories, and serves as the primary media liaison. Prior to this position, Kelley was the Communications Manager for the Virginia Conservation Network from October 2014 to December 2018, where responsibilities included implementing communication strategies, enhancing online presence, managing events, and building relationships with media professionals. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication from James Madison University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
