Kenneth Wan

Kenneth Wan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Kenneth serves as Associate General Counsel at The Nature Conservancy, overseeing a team of over 20 legal professionals while supporting the organization’s California/Hawaii, Western, and Canada divisions. Additionally, Kenneth is an Environmental Services Commissioner for the City of Bellevue, providing strategic advice on water and waste management programs. Previous roles include Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Starbucks, where Kenneth led multiple legal teams and contributed to global supply chain and commercial operations. Kenneth began a legal career at The Gap, Inc., managing real estate legal matters, and gained foundational experience as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Kenneth holds a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Stanford University.
