Kevin Maddaford

Kevin Maddaford currently serves as the U.S. and Canada Carbon Markets Director at The Nature Conservancy since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kevin held several positions at Schneider Electric Sustainability Business from January 2017 to April 2022, culminating in the role of Senior Manager for Global Environmental Commodities Operations, where responsibilities included managing a global team, educating clients on environmental markets, and developing procurement strategies. Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Commodities Procurement at Renewable Choice Energy, where efforts focused on expanding into international markets and enhancing procurement policies before the company's acquisition by Schneider Electric. Kevin's career began at The California Native as an International Tour Coordinator, and previous roles included various positions in customer service and operations within the renewable energy sector. Kevin holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Germanic Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
