Lesly Tulia Aldana serves as the Chief of Party for the Sustainable Prosperous Communities (SPC) initiative at The Nature Conservancy since March 2022. Prior to this role, Lesly held the position of Sustainability & Gender Specialist at Petricor. Sistemas resilientes A.C., contributing to projects involving capacity building and gender considerations in environmental initiatives. Lesly's previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Rainforest Alliance in Mexico, where involvement in USAID-funded projects and sustainable consumption campaigns was significant. Early career roles include risk management at Walmart and safety engineering at MSD, complemented by extensive educational achievements in conservation leadership and environmental systems engineering from reputable institutions.
