Manny Alalouf

Manny Alalouf is a Talent Sourcing Specialist on the Executive Search Team at The Nature Conservancy since January 2023. Previously, Manny completed a Thru-Hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2022, covering over 2,194 miles from Springer Mountain, GA, to Mt. Katahdin, ME. Manny has extensive experience in recruitment, having served as a Sr. Headhunter, Headhunter, Headhunter Support Specialist, and Headhunting Intern at Movement Search & Delivery from June 2017 to December 2021. Manny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Michigan State University, obtained between 2014 and 2017, and graduated from Clarkston High School in 2014.
