Mitch Head

Mitch Head, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and IT leadership roles. Mitch served as the Senior Director of Business Delivery Services at The Nature Conservancy in 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office at United Educators from 2017 to 2020. Mitch also worked as the Vice President of Business Technologies & Project Management at the National 4-H Council in 2014, where they successfully improved IT performance and project delivery. Before that, they held various leadership roles at AARP, including Director of IT Strategy & Innovation and Senior Director of CX Technology Delivery. Mitch's early career includes a long tenure at AOL, where they worked as the Director of Portfolio Management & Project Delivery, overseeing international projects and mentoring a team of project managers and business analysts.

Mitch Head, PMP has an Executive Masters degree in Program & Portfolio Management from Georgetown University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors degree in Philosophy and Mathematics from James Madison University. In addition to their education, Mitch has obtained certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist, and Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Mitch also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
