Nikki Peters

Nikki Peters serves as the Associate Director of Gift Planning at The Nature Conservancy, a position held since August 2010, where responsibilities include serving as a technical advisor and regional gift strategist, specializing in structuring diverse gift arrangements to support conservation efforts. With a proven track record of meeting substantial fundraising targets, Nikki has advanced Gift Planning integration throughout the organization by training and mentoring both staff and fundraisers. Previous experience includes roles as Gift Planning Officer, where Nikki managed bequest commitments, and Gift Planning Associate, providing critical support to fundraisers. Earlier positions include Administrative Assistant at FBR and Sales Associate at Corporate Executive Board. Nikki holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication/Public Relations and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
