Sarah Bayot

Sarah Bayot serves as the Operations Coordinator for Business Strategy and Operations within the Marketing & Communications Division at The Nature Conservancy, providing leadership in operational processes, event support, and office management since July 2022. As the Founder and Owner of Kicheko Goods, a socially impactful boutique jewelry brand established in 2014, Sarah emphasizes creative product development and community outreach. Previous roles include Office Manager at NCC, where operational and administrative support was provided during significant growth, and Executive Assistant to the Vice President at The George Washington University, facilitating student and academic support services. Education includes a Master of Arts in International Affairs and International Development, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, both from The George Washington University.
