Elise Winder has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 24 years. Elise'smost recent position is as the Human Resources Director at the Naval Academy Athletic Association, where they are responsible for all aspects of human resources activities. Prior to this, they worked at FiberPlus, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager for over 11 years, delivering a full spectrum of HR support. Elise also has experience in executive search and recruitment as the Director of Executive Search at AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. and as a General Manager of Recruitment. Elise started their career at Verizon Wireless, where they held various roles including Associate Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Generalist/Consultant, and Recruiter. Throughout their career, Elise has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

Elise Winder, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Allegheny College. Elise also holds a Paralegal Certificate from Duquesne University. In addition, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and the Certified Professional (CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
