Abigail Anderson

Abigail Anderson is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in donor acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Direct Response at The Navigators, Abigail oversees a team focused on cultivating and retaining donors through various channels, including mail, phone, and digital. Previously, as Director of Sustained Giving, Abigail achieved an 86% increase in monthly donors. In the role of Sustained Giving Supervisor, Abigail implemented a training program that led to 91% of staff reaching full funding by their launch date and an overall 31% increase in funds raised. Prior experience includes a Development Officer position at Eagle Lake Camps, where Abigail developed strategies for donor engagement and fundraising coaching, and a Program Director role focused on education and development for high school students.
