Chelonda Marshall

Chelonda Marshall is an experienced professional with a strong background in employment management and organizational development. Currently serving as Employment Experience Manager at The Navigators since September 2019, Chelonda also owns 3C Star Consulting since January 2009. Previously, Chelonda held the position of Sr. Manager Learning, Development, and Quality Management at SYNQ3 Restaurant Solutions, where responsibilities included managing training programs and overseeing a sizeable Learning and Development Department.
