Jenny Boryla

Jenny Boryla is an experienced operations manager currently serving at The Navigators since May 2011, where responsibilities include managing operations for a 15-month leader development program, overseeing the operations team for events, and leading strategic initiatives for the alumni network. Prior to this role, Jenny held positions as Operations Project Manager for Staff Development and Care and Outreach Assistant, where accomplishments included launching an Alumni Network and training student leaders. From October 2015 to May 2017, Jenny was a Volunteer Coordinator at Catholic Charities of Denver, focusing on building a robust volunteer base and training mentors. Jenny also served as Volunteer Coordinator at Real Choices from May 2014 to October 2015. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder and a certificate in Spanish from the Spanish Language Institute in San Jose, Costa Rica.
