Kelly Fugate

Kelly Fugate has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelly started their career as an Information and Logistics Administrator at The Navigators, where they handled conference details and supported global staff. Kelly then worked as an Office Assistant at Ethan Allen Global, Inc. and as an Executive Assistant at One Challenge | OC International, where they coordinated travel and assisted with conferences. At Wheaton College, they served as a Career Counselor, supervising staff and coordinating campus events. Kelly then moved on to Church of the Resurrection, Wheaton and Holy Trinity Anglican Church as an Office Manager and Senior Pastor's Assistant, responsible for database management and coordinating travel. Kelly also worked at Aspen Technologies, later purchased by Samtec Microelectronics, as an HR Benefits and Accounting Business Support, managing employee benefit plans and payroll. Kelly then joined The Navigators again, this time as an HR Benefits Administrator, administering insurance plans and maintaining legal compliance. In their most recent role at The Navigators, they became the Field Support Center Personnel Team Supervisor, overseeing team performance and advocating for field ministry needs.

Kelly Fugate obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wheaton College between 1997 and 2001. Kelly later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology at the same institution, completing it between 2002 and 2004.
