Mark Kimmel

Mark Kimmel has over 30 years of work experience in various senior roles in finance, administration, and legal fields. Mark started their career in 1987 as a Senior Attorney at Hershey Foods Corporation, where they handled financial transactions and assisted with acquisitions and divestitures. Mark then moved on to New World Pasta Company in 1999, where they served as General Counsel and Vice President, overseeing legal, corporate secretary, insurance, and public relations functions. In 2001, they joined Harsco Corporation as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary, responsible for legal, risk management, compliance, safety, security, and corporate secretary functions. During their tenure at Harsco Corporation, they provided oversight and direction for all acquisitions and divestitures. In 2012, they became the President of Harsco Infrastructure, a $1 billion global business focused on turning around an operation that had been losing money. Finally, in 2014, they joined The Navigators as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, where they improved various operating aspects of the business ministries resulting in improved revenue and controlled costs.

Mark Kimmel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business from 1979 to 1982. Mark then pursued a J.D. in Law at Penn State Dickinson Law from 1982 to 1985.
