David N. Cote

David joined The N&D Group in 2002 and brings more than 40 years of insurance experience to his roles at N&D. Prior to joining N&D, Dave served as the Senior Vice President – Claims and Assistant Secretary of another regional group of property and casualty insurers. He is responsible for the oversight of a variety of legal and regulatory functions, as well as management of N&D’s Claims Division. David earned a Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from New England Law – Boston, where he was a case and note editor for the New England Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island and an Associates in Claims from the Insurance Institutes. David is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the Loss Executives Association (LEA), and is a Fellow of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
