Jillian Smith-Lakow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service operations and continuous improvement in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Manager of Service Operations at The Norfolk & Dedham Group since June 2017, Jillian has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Service Operations and Director of Continuous Improvement. Previous experience at The Hanover Insurance Group includes contributions as an Enterprise IT Certified Business Analyst II, where notable achievements included winning a first-place individual award and being selected for a leadership retreat. In addition to insurance, Jillian operates as a choreographer for A Waltz To Remember, providing dance lessons and customized choreography for weddings. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College, with concentrations in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship.
