Jana Dhaliwal is an experienced pastry chef with a career spanning over 18 years in the culinary arts. Since August 2015, Jana has been working as a freelance pastry chef at The NEC in Birmingham, focusing on the creation, production, and menu planning of plated desserts for the AIR restaurant. In addition, Jana has been a pastry chef and confectioner at Little Miss Maya's Patisserie Ltd. since October 2014, contributing to the family-run business with a variety of cakes and desserts. Previous roles include senior pastry chef de partie at Wentworth Club Ltd, where Jana prepared a la carte desserts and catered large banqueting functions, and positions at prestigious establishments such as Hakkasan Group, Stoke Park, and The Ritz London. Jana holds a foundation degree in culinary arts with a focus on pastry from the University of West London, completed in 2009.
