Keith J. Nelson

Keith J. Nelson, Ph.D., serves as the CEO and CISO of Vistem Solutions, Inc., a premier IT provider since January 1999. In addition to leadership at Vistem, Keith is currently an Advisory Board Member at ThreatCaptain and a Board Member for The Nehemiah Project LA. Previous roles include Board Chair of Measure O Oversight - RUSD from July 2018 to March 2024, Board Member of the International Relations Council of Riverside until November 2023, and Board Chair of the Ethics Board for the City of Riverside from September 2018 to February 2022. Keith also chaired the Board of Trustees at the Inland Regional Center from November 2011 to March 2018 and participated as an Area Coach and member of the Regional Leadership Council for Special Olympics Southern California from 1996 to April 2016, contributing to the team's success in various competitions. Additional roles include serving as Commissioner on the City of Riverside's Commission on Disabilities and a member of the Board of Directors for Ability Counts, Inc.
