Lisa Youngentob

Lisa Youngentob's work experience includes a variety of roles in marketing, communications, and sports organizations. Lisa started their career as a Marketing Intern at NBC Sports Washington in 2009, followed by a Communications Internship at the Washington Nationals in 2010. From 2012 to 2013, Lisa worked as a Marketing and Communications Intern for the Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman.

In 2013, they joined Octagon as a Marketing Intern, where they worked on personalities and properties. That same year, they also began working for the Washington Nationals as a Client Services Trainee, before being promoted to Coordinator, Virtual Ticketing. Lisa's responsibilities in this role included executing the team's virtual ticketing and loyalty program and providing customer service to ticket holders.

In 2015, Lisa joined the Washington Football Team as a Loyalty Program Coordinator, eventually moving up to the role of Loyalty Program Manager. Lisa was responsible for managing the team's loyalty program and coordinating various promotions and marketing initiatives. From 2018 to 2019, Lisa worked as a Marketing Manager for the Washington Football Team.

Lisa also has experience outside of the sports industry. In 2019, they worked as a Paid Search Specialist at Blue Corona. Later that year, they joined EYA, LLC as a Marketing Associate, and then became a Marketing Manager. Currently, Lisa holds the position of Executive Director of the EYA Foundation, where they oversee the organization's initiatives and programs.

In addition to their work experience, Lisa also served as a Scorer's Table staff member for Monumental Sports & Entertainment, and worked for the Washington Mystics and Washington Wizards as a team attendant, basketball operations intern, and business operations intern. Lisa also gained experience in sports information and photography as a Sports Information Student Assistant and Photographer at Muhlenberg College.

Lisa Youngentob completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management with a focus on Strategic Marketing, Communications, and New Media at Georgetown University, attending from 2012 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lisa also attained certification in Google Ads Fundamentals from Google in June 2019.
