Rafael Muñiz

Rafael Muñiz has a notable work history, spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1995, they began their career as a Project Engineer at Clark Construction, where they worked until 1998. In 2000, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate for a year and then transitioned to Clark Realty Capital as a Development Executive from 2001 to 2006. Rafael then worked at Archstone-Smith as a Vice President from 2006 to 2008 before joining Pinnacle Development as a Vice President until 2010. Muñiz then joined The JBG Companies as a Senior Vice President from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they worked at Regency Centers as a Senior Vice President from 2015 to 2021.
