Nermin Duratovic

Nermin Duratovic is an experienced professional in key account management and customer relations, currently serving as the Regional Director of Key Customer Management at Nemko since June 2025. In this role, Nermin leads teams dedicated to strategic clients, focusing on communication and delivering long-term value. Prior to Nemko, Nermin held various positions at Intertek, including Manager of Global Account Management, where responsibilities included managing account relationships and overseeing staff activities for client objectives. Previous roles also encompassed senior positions in account management and production, along with experience at UL and CSA Group, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Nermin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology at Southern New Hampshire University.
