Willie Mitchell

Mitchell has 20 plus years of experience crafting enterprise solutions for the Federal Government and private sector companies. Solutions designed to help agencies meet critical mission objectives included leveraging data to provide insight and transparency while improving the experience for the internal user and the public.

Mr. Mitchell helped the DC Government solve its Y2K issues. He was part of the team that streamlined the Visa review process from all foreign travelers entering the US. Reducing the time necessary to conduct the visa review from 5 minutes to 70 seconds. Agency experience includes CIA, NGA, NSA, DIA, Treasury, Dept of State, DHS, and the Dept of State among others.

Areas of expertise include Data and Cloud computing, Infrastructure security, System Integration, Application Development including DevOps, Agile, and Program Management.

Mr. Mitchell graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1986 from the Raymond A. Mason Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
