Nancy J. Smyth

Nancy J. Smyth is currently providing leadership consultation to individuals in higher education or other settings with a focus on social good. Nancy J. has been an Associate Dean for Faculty Development at the University at Buffalo since January 1991 and has worked to enhance the school's faculty growth and development. Nancy has also served as the President of The Network for Social Work Management and has been involved in social work consultation and training since July 1992. Additionally, Nancy J. has a background in clinical social work, specializing in various areas such as trauma, addiction, and EMDR therapy. Nancy holds a PhD in Social Welfare from the University at Albany, SUNY, among other degrees.
