Cindy Deere

Cindy Deere serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Network Group, Inc. and is a Board Member for the Fellowship of Barnabas Partners and the Houston Area Women's Center, where Cindy has also held the position of Past Chair. Previously, Cindy Deere held various significant roles at Shell Oil Company, including Finance Executive, GM of US Pension Plans, and Head of Internal Audit, contributing to the company's finance and management sectors from 1998 until retirement in 2020. Prior experience includes key positions at Union Bank of Switzerland, Credit Suisse First Boston, and The Bank of Nova Scotia. Cindy Deere holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Louisiana Tech University.
