Tyler Warner

Tyler Warner is the Director of Investments at The Neutral Project. As the Managing Member of W Capital Group, LLC, Tyler is involved in real estate investments with a focus on student housing and multi-family assets in Wisconsin. Tyler also has experience in coordinating the development of communities with various stakeholders at T. Wall Enterprises. Furthermore, Tyler co-founded ELAVR, a company that specializes in Secured Digital Driver’s Licenses and Vehicle Registration. Through their various roles, Tyler has demonstrated their ability to raise funds for different causes, including raising money for Haiti Relief through Wisco for Haiti.
