Bobby Hougham has extensive work experience in the design and production industry. Bobby started their career with Squarecat Design as a Graphic Designer, where they worked on various print and interactive projects. Bobby then worked as a Freelance Compositor at Will Vinton Studios, where they gained experience in rotoscoping and compositing for claymation and 3D CGI animation. Bobby also worked as a Design Director at Postique, handling projects for major brands like Mazda, Ford, GM, and Adobe.

After that, they took on roles as a Freelance Designer/Director at Pittard Sullivan, where they continued to work on design projects. Bobby then joined Imaginary Forces as a Freelance Art Director/Designer/Animator, where they worked on projects for clients such as Coors Light, Comedy Central, and Tide. Bobby also worked at yU+co as a Freelance Art Director and at Digital Kitchen as a Freelance Creative Director.

In 2002, Bobby started working as a Freelance Creative at Superfad, and in 2003, they took on the role of Freelance Art Director at yU+co.

Bobby'smost recent and notable position was as the Executive Creative Director at The New Blank, a design-driven production company specializing in conceptual design and transforming visual stories for various media formats.

Bobby Hougham attended The Art Institutes from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a Visual Communications degree with a triple major in Graphic Design, Illustration, and Advertising. Bobby earned an AAA degree during their time at the institution.
