Mickenzie Kamm

Mickenzie Kamm currently serves as the Senior Director of Board Relations & Special Projects at the New England Conservatory of Music, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Mickenzie worked at Boston Ballet from August 2019 to October 2024, where responsibilities included Chief of Staff and Board Liaison & Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, focusing on board governance and cross-functional initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Ted Shawn Circle Concierge at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, providing services to board members and VIP guests, and leading a team as Lead Student Ambassador at Arts Transcending Borders at College of the Holy Cross. Mickenzie also interned with Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival in 2018. Mickenzie holds a degree from College of the Holy Cross, graduated in 2019.
