Nathan Brown

Nathan Brown is an experienced journalist with a strong focus on government and political reporting. Currently serving as the Assistant City Editor at the Santa Fe New Mexican since July 2022, Nathan previously worked as a House of Representatives Reporter for the Arizona Capitol Times from January 2021 to July 2022, covering the Arizona House of Representatives. Prior to that role, Nathan was a Political Reporter at the Post Register from October 2017 to January 2021, focusing on the Idaho Legislature and local city government, and previously served as a state government and criminal justice reporter for the Times-News of Twin Falls, Idaho from June 2014 to September 2017. Early career positions include reporting for the Times Herald-Record and the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, covering regional issues and politics in New York. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University at Albany.
