Alex Augillard is an accomplished Event Operations and Community Affairs Specialist currently working with both the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation and the New Orleans Super Bowl Host Committee since June 2023. With extensive experience in event management, Alex has served as Assistant Director of Operations for the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Foundation, Inc. since February 2012, where responsibilities included providing executive-level support and optimizing operations. Additionally, Alex has held the role of Director of Operations for Essence Festival's Beautycon events since May 2012. Previous positions include Independent Adjuster at Alacrity Solutions, Production Manager and Producer at New Orleans Film Society, and Event Manager/Catering Sales Associate at Cafe Reconcile. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Orleans.
