Jonathan Chiang

Jonathan Chiang is a Graduate Student at Parsons School of Design - The New School pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Communication Design. Previously, Jonathan has held roles as a Product Designer at Co.Lab, where research and design efforts focused on an online platform for custom career roadmaps, and at Resolve Parkinson's, contributing to healthcare design initiatives. Jonathan's freelance experience includes UX design projects for a local café, as well as the development of mobile applications and responsive websites. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer position at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a Digital Activation role at OMD USA, where campaign management and optimization were key responsibilities. Jonathan also holds a certification in UX/UI Design from Designlab and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University at Buffalo.
