Mariana Vidal Escabi

Mariana Vidal Escabi serves as the Associate Director of BFA Fashion Design- Partnerships and Culture and as an Assistant Professor of Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design - The New School since July 2018. Mariana is also the Founder of A W I N D O W, established in November 2012. Prior to this, Mariana held a position as a Part-time Fashion Professor at the Academy of Art University from 2010 to 2018 and worked as a Senior Designer in Concept+Color Design at Coach from May 2011 to November 2012. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Designer for Print, Concept, and Color at Banana Republic and as Senior Print Designer and Print Manager at Diane von Furstenberg. Mariana’s career began as a Design Assistant at Zero + Maria Cornejo in 2004. Mariana obtained an MFA in Fashion Design and Textile Design from the Academy of Art University from 2001 to 2005.
