Monu K Bhardwaj has worked for a variety of companies since 2004. Monu K began as a Management Trainee with Grasim Ltd in New Delhi. In 2008, they moved to ACME Telepower Ltd as a Senior Executive in HR. From 2010 to 2014, they were HR Manager at ARCHIES LIMITED, where they were responsible for recruitment, manpower planning, PMS, and policies and procedures. From 2014 to 2022, they were the Head of People Resources at WHSmith India. Currently, they are the Head of People Resources at The New Shop.

Monu K Bhardwaj received an MBA in HR & OB from Guru Jambheshwar University between 2003 and 2005. In March 2020, Monu obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Building Resilience, Certification Prep: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)®, Developing Resourcefulness, and Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy.
