The New Victory Theater
Pallas Gutierrez is a skilled teaching artist with experience in playwriting, theatrical design, and puppetry. Currently serving as a Teaching Artist at The New Victory Theater, Pallas teaches workshops and engages with families throughout New York City's five boroughs. Previous roles include a Fellowship with ArtistYear, where Pallas integrated arts into academic subjects at a Title I school, and Co-Chair for The Waa-Mu Show, overseeing a large student writing team. Additional leadership experience includes roles with Vertigo Productions, the Student Theatre Coalition, and GLAAD, where Pallas advocated for the LGBTQIA+ community. Pallas pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Northwestern University and is currently advancing studies in Creative Writing and Playwriting for a Master of Fine Arts degree at the University of California, Riverside.
