Sam Beech

Sam Beech currently serves as the Head of People at The New World Trading Company since June 2017, leading a team of HR professionals to foster a high-performance culture within the organization. With a strong background in talent management, Sam previously held the role of Head of Talent, where responsibilities included shaping and implementing the talent strategy and launching programs that enhanced internal progression. Sam's career at The New World Trading Company began as a Talent Manager, focused on developing the recruitment framework for the company's 17 restaurants. Prior to this, Sam held various managerial roles in the hospitality industry, including General Manager and Account Manager. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, and a degree in Computer Animation and Special Effects from the University of Bradford.
