He is a Chartered Construction Manager and has successfully led the NWTC roll out programme over the past 3 years and became Property Director in July 2016.
Tim has previously worked in asset management, private equity, and development both as client and consultant which helps him to provide a greater understanding when approaching projects for the NWTC.
