Jeehyun Jesse Yeo

Jeehyun Jesse Yeo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in transactions and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as a Board Member for the New York City Urban Debate League since October 2024, Yeo held the position of Executive Vice President & Senior Deputy General Counsel at Advance from October 2018 to December 2024. Previous roles include Associate General Counsel at Tribune Media Company, Business Affairs Counsel at Sony Corporation of America, and Associate positions at Ropes & Gray LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Yeo earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Brown University.
