Mary Beth Maginn is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in population health and clinical operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Fidelis Care since March 2014. Maginn has held various leadership roles at Fidelis Care, including Vice President of Medical Management and Vice President of Healthcare Operations, as well as titles focused on product development and corporate innovation. Prior to this, Maginn worked at New York City Health and Hospital Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing the Epic EMR implementation. Additional experience includes positions at TELUS Health Transformation Services, Courtyard Group, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Maginn holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
