Stephanie B.S.Ed/RHS, RBT, has extensive experience in the field of special education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), currently serving as the Lead Teacher at The Nexus School since January 2020. At The Nexus School, responsibilities include implementing ABA techniques, organizing and analyzing data, writing IEP goals, training staff, and consulting with the team to enhance learner success. Stephanie has also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Exceptional Connections, Inc., where collaborative efforts focused on creating learning materials and implementing therapy goals. Previous roles include positions at The Arc of Chester County, North Penn School District, GALENA AUTISM AND BEHAVIORAL SERVICES, and several others, during which Stephanie gained proficiency in behavior support, data documentation, and individualized therapy. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation & Human Services from Penn State University, complementing a solid foundation in special education.
