John Anderson

John Anderson is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in special education and athletic coaching. Currently serving as the Special Education Lead Teacher at Atlanta Public Schools since July 2022, John has previously held positions such as Testing Coordinator at Druid Hills High School and Special Education Teacher within the DeKalb County School District. John's background also includes coaching roles, notably as Head Coach for JV Football and Boys Track and Field. Academically, John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Albany State University, a Master of Education in Special Education from Armstrong State University, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Georgia.
