Amy R.

Amy R. has extensive work experience in governance, compliance, fundraising, marketing, and communications. Amy is currently the Head of Governance and Compliance at NHS Confederation. Previously, they worked as the Senior Governance & Compliance Manager at The Wildlife Trusts from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Amy was the Head of Fundraising & Community Engagement at LIVES from 2016 to 2019, where they oversaw strategic development, marketing, communications, engagement, and fundraising. Amy also worked as the Relationship Development Manager at The Wildlife Trusts from 2013 to 2016, where they focused on developing strategic relationships and fundraising. Amy's earlier experience includes roles as the Internal Communications Manager, Governance Manager, and Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Wildlife Trusts, as well as PR and Events Manager, Grants Unit and Biodiversity Benchmark Manager. Amy started their career as the Communications and Marketing Coordinator at IEMA - Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.

Amy R. attended the University of Lincoln from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Communication Studies. Amy successfully completed their studies and graduated with a 2:1 degree.
