Geoff Winnard

Geoff Winnard is an experienced professional in the field of employee relations and compensation within the NHS. Since October 2004, Geoff has served as Assistant Director at NHS Employers, overseeing the Agenda for Change and Employee Relations team, which supports employer representatives in national negotiations on service conditions. In this role, Geoff also leads on employer evidence submissions to the NHS Pay Review Body. Prior to this, from September 1991 to September 2004, Geoff held the position of Section Head for NHS Pay Policy at the Department of Health of the UK. Geoff holds a BA (Hons) in Public Administration, Government and Politics from Sheffield Hallam University.
