Kerri Burnham

Kerri Burnham currently serves as Reward Programme Manager on secondment at NHS Confederation since June 2022, focusing on policy and research related to reward strategies, pay structures, and workforce benefits, while leading the development of annual evidence for the NHS Pay Review Body to influence pay decisions for NHS employees. Previously, Kerri held positions as Medical Pay and Workforce Programme Manager, where duties included creating guidance for contractual arrangements and influencing pay for medical and dental staff, and Medical Staffing Coordinator at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Kerri's early career included roles as an Academic Tutor and Teaching Assistant in mathematics, along with positions at Lloyds Banking Group and Advantage Finance Ltd. Kerri holds a BA (Honours) in Business Management from The Open University and NVQs in Business Administration from Grimsby Institute.
