Lee Balch

Lee Balch has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 1999 as a Healthcare Assistant at Lewisham Hospital, they then served as a Communications Officer at Ealing Hospital Trust from 2002 to 2005. After that, they joined NHS Confederation, where they held various roles such as Senior Communications Officer and Employer Engagement Manager from 2005 to 2021. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Director of Engagement for Midlands & East at NHS Confederation.

Lee Balch attended King Edward VI School in Southampton. After completing high school, Lee went on to attend Goldsmiths, University of London from 1999 to 2002. At Goldsmiths, Lee earned a Bachelor's degree in Media & Communications.
