Marie Pritchard

Marie leads our teams that support our staff with HR, organisational development and design, equality and diversity, governance and compliance. She is the organisational lead for Business Continuity Planning and is the designated Senior Information Officer for the NHS Confederation.

Marie has been a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 2010 and has 20 years’ experience working in HR in the public and not for profit sectors including establishing and delivering HR services within the Police and the Education sectors. During the Covid pandemic Marie took on an additional role as Deputy HR Director for NHS Nightingale, Yorkshire and the Humber where she led a team to establish an end to end staff welfare service providing multi-faceted support for the physical and emotional wellbeing of staff.
