Alex Amadeo is an experienced professional in project and programme management, currently serving as the Director at Alliance Project Management Ltd since 2000, focusing on infrastructure management in the Nuclear, Rail, and Aviation sectors. In addition to this role, Alex has been an Associate at The Nichols Group since 2001, handling various assignments related to Business Change Programmes and project delivery. Notable positions include Head of Cost Management at BAE Systems from February 2017 to March 2018, Programme Manager for Heathrow's third runway expansion from September 2015 to February 2017, and Senior Project Manager at Sellafield Ltd from November 2013 to September 2015, where significant contributions were made to decommissioning projects.
