Montrell Taylor

Montrell Taylor, PharmD, currently serves as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at The Nickley Group since December 2024. Previously, Montrell worked as a Consultant in Market Access and as a Senior Associate in Commercialization & Regulatory Strategy at Avalere from February 2022 to August 2024. Before that, Montrell held the position of Medical Affairs Manager - Scientific Communications at Taiho Oncology, Inc., where responsibilities included designing training workshops on cholangiocarcinoma and analyzing oncology insights. As Director of Acquisition at Taylor Brother Investments LLC from August 2018 to May 2021, Montrell generated off-market real estate deals while negotiating between homeowners and cash buyers. Montrell's early career featured leadership roles at Howard University as APhA President and Campus Outreach Team Leader, alongside internships at Genentech, the FDA, Walgreens, and CVS Pharmacy. Montrell holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Middle Tennessee State University.
