Gbemi Ibrahim PMP, GPHR, MCIPM has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, Gbemi works as the Head of Workforce Management and Academy at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), where they provide consultation on strategic resourcing plans and manage volunteer activities. They also plan curriculum, develop engaging learning activities, and create course content.

Prior to joining NESG, Gbemi worked as a Senior HR Consultant/Principal Partner at HR on Deck Services Ltd. They provided HR consultancy services to clients.

In 2019, Gbemi founded and served as the Chief Writer of Vickibrah, a yet undisclosed company.

Gbemi also has experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked as an HR Professional for MainOne in 2018.

From 2012 to 2017, Gbemi worked as an HR Professional at FBNQuest (formerly Kakawa Discount House Limited). In this role, they provided support to line managers and staff, ensured accurate job descriptions were in place, assisted with developing HR plans, conducted staff orientation, and identified training and development needs.

Gbemi has also pursued higher education and obtained a research student position in English Literature at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom in 2011.

Earlier in their career, from 2009 to 2010, Gbemi worked as a Platform Assistant in Wealth Management at Kakawa Discount House Limited (now FBNQuest Merchant Bank).

Gbemi holds a Masters in English Literature (M.A. English Literature) with a focus on Creative Writing, Modern and Contemporary Literature from the University of Leeds. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from IU International University of Applied Sciences.

Gbemi has also completed a Postgraduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Furthermore, they hold a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from the Bridge Education Group.

In 2013, Gbemi attended Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, where they completed a Certificate Course in Building a Strategic Learning Organisation.
