Majolagbe Oladunni is an Associate at The Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) since November 2022, with prior experience as a Trainee Intern at CHRIS OGUNBANJO LP and a Graduate Intern at G. Elias in September 2023. Majolagbe has held various legal intern positions, including at Kayode Filani and Co and Idowu Sofola & Co, and served as a Vice President of the Law Students' Association of Nigeria (LAWSAN), where two webinars were hosted on networking and the future of legal practice in Nigeria. Additional experience includes participation in the BACOLAW Mooting Society and mentorship at the Vibrant Girls Development Initiative. A legal intern at the Ministry of Justice in Ibadan, Majolagbe assisted in providing legal advice and case filing. Currently pursuing a Barrister at Law degree at the Nigerian Law School (2024-2025), Majolagbe holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Crescent University (2019-2023) and completed Cambridge A Levels in 2019.

The Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) is the premier arbitration institute in Nigeria founded in 1979 under the leadership of former Attorney General of Nigeria and former judge of the World Court at The Hague, Judge Bola Ajibola, SAN, KBE and duly incorporated in 1988 under the Companies Act as a legal entity Limited by Guarantee. The Nigerian Institute’s mission is to promote the administration and development of arbitration and Alternative Dispute (ADR) practice in Nigeria with members drawn from diverse vocational backgrounds including the bar and the bench and other professions; Academia, Accounting, Banking, Construction, Engineering, Public Service and a host of others.
