Alix Nakabayashi

Alix Nakabayashi has been working in the operations and management fields since 2011. From 2011-2013, they worked as Office Manager/ Executive Assistant and General Manager at NuYo Frozen Yogurt where they were responsible for assisting the President/CEO in overseeing all franchise locations, brand management, maintaining franchise & state compliance, creating an entire library of HR documents, bookkeeping for corporately owned locations, and creating and implementing an OSHA standard safety and training program. From 2013-2018, they worked as an Operations Manager at SynGen Inc. and from 2018-present, they have been working as an Operations Manager, Operations Analyst, and Documentation Specialist at Nor-Cal Controls ES, Inc.

Alix Nakabayashi attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2005 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Economics.
