Joe Mangiardi

Joe Mangiardi has worked at Nor-Cal Controls ES, Inc. as a Proposal Manager since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at NES, Inc. where they held several roles. From July 2021 to February 2023, they were a Training Coordinator in the Clan Lab Department. Before that, from July 2018 to July 2021, they were a Quality Assurance & Program Manager. And from June 2016 to June 2018, they worked as an Environmental Health & Safety Administrative Assistant.

Joe Mangiardi attended Arroyo Grande High School from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a High School degree. In 1999-2000, they attended UC Santa Barbara, studying English. From 2007 to 2008, they attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) to study Philosophy. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy.
